• 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Full size bed, 1 Twin bed
• 2 full baths with one tub/showers on the second level
• Ceiling fans in living room, kitchen, and bedrooms
• Kitchen with dishwasher and microwave
• Small deck
• Cottage unit is in building with other units
• Entry to cottage is UPSTAIRS and in the REAR of the building

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• A deposit is required for 30% of total rental fee
• Another payment of 70% will be due thirty days prior to arrival date
• All rentals less than one month in duration are subject to a 6% hotel tax
• Make checks payable to J.H. Ferguson
• Pets will NOT be permitted in cottage units
• There are no lifeguards at private beaches
• No bicycles, boats, waverunners or motorcycles permitted at Kelso Beach
• NO SMOKING
• Boat and waverunner parking off-site can be arranged
• PARKING IS NOT GUARANTEED

We base our rental fees on the expectation that you will leave the premises clean and in good order
